Return, Exchange and Refund

OUR REFUND POLICY AND PROCESS

 
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and our website contains advinced size charts for every single item for your reference.
We are 100% sure that you will love your SandraBlush purchases. But in the unlikely event, if you have any issues with your order you will be able to return/exchange your item(s).

 

IMPORTANT

We have a 7-days return policy.
It means you have to ship items back within: 7 days of delivery. If you ship a return/exchange after a 7 days timeframe, unfortunately, we won't be able to approve a return/exchange. Your order will be automatically closed.


- Please be reminded that customesed orders are categorically non-refundable

- Items with a discount are non-refundable and non-exchangeable

 


HOW IT WORKS

 

ORDER CONSTELLATION

If you would like to cancel your order you may do so within 12 hours. After that, order cancellation will no longer be possible, as it will already be in tailoring.
 

 

REFUND/ EXCHANGE PROCESS

 

Please, be sure to follow the instructions below :

 

1️⃣Contact us

To request exchange/ refund write us at hello@sandrablush.com 
Don’t forget to write your order number that is very important. It will simplify the initiation process.  You can find your order number in your confirmation email. Be sure to include a reason.

  

2️⃣Wait for approval

Please do not return anything before we review the case. We will notify you in 1-2 business days and provide you shipping details. 

 

3️⃣Shipping Your Return

Ship the package back within 7 days from the moment your received the package (the day when you got it is calculated as well). If you have two/three items, please pack them properly and do not mess them up as items can look "damaged/used" once they will reach us.

Buyer is responsible for of ALL SHIPPING COSTS BOTH way (to you and back). Shipping is included in price. This will reflect on your refunded sum in returning items with 20% less than the selling price.


It is fully under your responsibility until the package reaches us.
BE SURE TO INSURE THE PARCEL FOR THE FULL AMOUNT. Due to martial law parcels can be lost. In the case of loss, only the amount specified in the insurance will be refunded.



4️⃣Provide us with a tracking number

Please, provide track number for the package within 7 DAYS. Make sure to get the tracking number once you ship the item back, contact us, and provide it to us. Otherwise, it might be hard to find your package and it can be delayed as it will take time to find your return in our warehouse.  Want to remind,  you have to ship items back within: 7 days of delivery. The order will be automatically closed after this period if we will not get a tracking number. 



5️⃣Wait for confirmation your return is received and inspected

We pay a lot of effort to send out the items as quickly as we can, but considering that we are at war, the shipments to us may be returned with delay up to 30 days.
For every return, we take a picture as proof of receiving your return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will immediately send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


🔴Important about returned goods
Returned goods must strictly comply with the points below:

- Item returned without defects, preserved trade form (no signs of wear, stains, scuffs, specific odors), and consumer properties.
- Item was not subjected to mechanical stresses.
- All the components (belt, accessories, decorative elements) are preserved.
- All labels, tags, and original packaging are preserved.


If at least one of the above points is violated, we have the legal right to refuse an exchange/return.

Keep in mind that if we detect any suspicious activity such as fraud, you will be blacklisted and reported. We reserve a right to legal action in case your return doesn't match what you previously ordered. If you have any other questions, contact us via online chat 24/7.

 

6️⃣Compensation terms

SandraBlush issues refunds to the original form of payment used on an order only in the event that your order:

- Is canceled by SANDRABLUSH

- One or more of your items sold out since your order was processed

- Item(s) proved to be received damaged, the defective item

- If you have received an incorrect item in your order

- If the item doesn’t arrive after 30 days, then we will issue a refund

 

If this is the case we sincerely apologize. When your case claim is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days (usually no more than 5 days). Please note that the initial shipping will not be deducted from the payment amount.

 

 Any other cases of occurrence of a return to the credit or exchange.

When the buyer returns the goods due to the wrong size, color, style (when it doesn't suit), or quality, SandraBlush can only issue a store credit of the goods (no refund to the card, we can issue store credit only) or exchange to a bigger/smaller size. Exchanges are free of charge.

 


IMPORTANT


As you can understand for sanitary reasons we are unable to return/refund or exchange personal products such as Сorset dresses, Lingerie, Hosiery, Bodysuits & Swimwear.
 
We do understand that you want to try an item and see what it looks like on you, make sure to actually try item(s) but please do not use (wear them 2-3 times) item(s) and then process the return. We do inspect every return and in case we detect that item was used, damaged, or in not suitable condition, we have a right to return the item to you and will ask you to cover the shipping fee back to you.


For every return, we take a picture as proof of receiving your return. We have a right to refuse a return at any time in case if determine:

 

  • Items are used, damaged, or washed.
  • Received item which doesn't belong to our brand.
  • Wardrobe

Keep in mind that if we detect any suspicious activity which is listed above, you will be blacklisted and reported. We reserve legal action in case your return doesn't match what you actually ordered.
